Catheter for diagnosis and treatment with direct fiberoptic view of the epidural space.
One of the two working channels carries the endoscope, the other is for medication and irrigation. The lesion is found on direct video rather than fluoroscopy alone, and treated there. Two-way tip steering and a locking button hold the catheter in position.
