The name, organisation, email, phone, topic and message you submit through the contact form. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. A bot protection service runs on the form page to prevent abuse.
Purpose and legal basis
To answer your request and continue the correspondence. Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary to establish a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
Transfers
Form messages are transmitted through the infrastructure providers we use for email delivery, hosting and bot protection, whose servers may be located abroad; transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Answered requests are kept for up to 2 years and then deleted.
Your rights
