Balloon kyphoplasty
Balloon kyphoplasty set: lifts the collapsed vertebral body with a balloon and prepares the cavity for cement.
Percutaneous access to the vertebral body is made through the cannula and trocar. The balloon catheter is placed in the fracture and inflated under a pressure gauge; as the body regains height, a controlled cavity opens inside it. After the balloon is deflated and withdrawn, the cavity is filled with the cement fillers. The set contains every part from access to fill, in single and bilateral kits.
